Lee Lieberman - Partner / Mortgage Advisor

​My goal is to provide a first class service experience for all my clients. Reviewing each client’s personal needs allows me to assist throughout the mortgage process.

My background in Finance for 12 years prior to the mortgage business provides a solid understanding when discussing loan options. I have been a mortgage loan advisor and managing partner for 15 years. I work with a variety of investors giving us a competitive advantage in speed, efficiency, pricing, and control.

Outside of work, I enjoy family time with my wife and two boys. My wife and I enjoy going to the movies, entertaining friends, and traveling. I have been a coach of baseball, football, and basketball for many years and really enjoy my passion of Golf. We are a sports family and love all of our Arizona teams, the Diamondbacks, Cardinals, Coyotes, and Sun Devils.

Evan White - Partner / Mortgage Advisor

Throughout my career I have set out to create outstanding experiences for every person I interact with. The client comes first, and they drive me to improve daily. 

For the last 8 years, I have been involved in real estate in Arizona. This experience includes remodeling homes, leasing properties, and mortgage loan processing. I look forward to helping guide my clients through the exciting process of buying their first home, or securing a refinance for their current home. 

When I’m not in the office, you can find me outside enjoying some great hikes, biking, and/or camping. I also enjoy checking out all the new restaurants in the North Central corridor.  I have also been coaching baseball and softball players for the last 10+ years.

Connor Dubin - Transaction Manager

The most important facet of my business is to provide every client with an exceptional experience every time. That means utilizing the tools at my disposal to make the process quick and simple.

After completing my education in University of Arizona, I moved back to Phoenix to begin my career in the Mortgage Industry. Over the last 3 years, I have worked as both a Licensed Mortgage Officer, helping my client's pick the best option for them and as a Transaction Coordinator making sure our client's process goes smooth.

In my free time, I enjoy the beautiful state we are based out of, with my wife, my daughter and our dog Ted. If I am not at a checking out a  park or on a trail, you can find me escaping the heat and in my kitchen trying out some new recipes or checking out some of the great restaurants around town.

Jordan Snyder - Mortgage Advisor

​During my time in the mortgage industry, I’ve always prioritized clear communication, quick responses, and educating my clients.

Before obtaining my license, I worked as a mortgage underwriter for 7.5 years. I’ve found solutions for unique and complex scenarios across nearly every loan product out there. I’ll work with you to find the best mortgage to suit your family’s financial goals and needs.

On my days off, you can find me hiking, mountain biking, or playing beach volleyball at some of our area’s beautiful parks. My wife and I love to travel the world, but we’re just as happy spending time at home with our two cats. I was born and raised in Michigan, so you’ll catch me cheering for the Detroit Lions every Sunday in the fall.
