How long have your done Real Estate in Arizona?

I have been working in the Phoenix market for 3 years. I was born and raised in North Phoenix and I've enjoyed every moment of working in real estate! 

Where do you see the Phoenix market going in the next 3 years?

I look at a neighborhood like Arcadia and think the trends that are happening there now will spread through the Valley. I think we will see a lot of the older properties in Downtown and Mid-town getting flipped or renovated. Keep an eye on the  the 85254 zip code, there is plenty  of potential there. 

As for home prices, those will continue to go up through the year but I believe they will level off after that. 

Why do you your work with road to Home Mortgage?

I work with them for the great interest rates and closing date reliability. I know that I can reach them 7 days a week. Every deal we have done together has felt like a total team effort.
